We arrive
We land in our bodies, meet the place and each other, and open the space together. Nothing to prove yet — just arriving.
We had a wonderful Utspring Gathering. It was opening unfoldment. Let's do a second one, but this time with a new theme: Living Connectedness.
Think of dancing. You're most free when you're both fully yourself and fully in the music. Not despite the rhythm, but through it. That's the kind of connectedness we want to explore: where your uniqueness unfolds. Not as separate selves confirming each other from opposite sides of a wall, but in living connectedness. Your body, the people around you, the land, the field between us. Already connected. Already one thing moving.
That's what we want to explore together. Not an idea to agree with, but something to open up to and feel. In the body. Between us. In the field we make together.
What happens when we practice meeting resistance with tenderness? How can we relax into the connectedness that's already here? Through the body in nature, opening to each other, to animals, plants and the landscape. All of life moving as one.
What happens when we notice the ways we hold ourselves apart? And let them soften?
Where is life inviting you to play and create?
What wants to move through you when you open up to living connectedness?
Three movements over three days. Come early and stay late if you can — we recommend arriving Thursday and staying until Monday to get the full experience.
We land in our bodies, meet the place and each other, and open the space together. Nothing to prove yet — just arriving.
Morning practice, guided explorations, spaciousness and depth, dance and freedom to explore. The full day of unfoldment.
We gather it all into what we can carry back and live for real — with family, at work, with friends.
This is what makes the exploration possible. Everything else, we figure out together.
Own your feelings, your reactions, your process. Ask for support when you need it, but don't hand your experience to someone else to carry.
Respect each other. Respect the space we're in. When someone shows you an edge — honour it.
This place is borrowed. Leave it more alive than you found it.
This is where we unfold in life.
All of you is welcome. Everything real begins with honesty.
We are all part of the whole. Feel what's here, beyond yourself.
Go beyond your conclusions and explore with curiosity.
Play first. Let inspiration flow, have fun, and tune from there.
Nobody is a spectator in Utspring. What is your part to play?
Developed in dialogue with IKYA. Some of these carry the influence of Peter Ralston and IKYA, named openly where it shows up.
Bring your tent, your food, and your willingness to open up. Let's explore living connectedness together.
